The aim of our programs is to support those working in human resources management and functional and upper managers of the same field.

Principles of Psidium Quality Management System:

  • The professional quality of Psidium Train the Trainer Training provides the professional use of Psidium instruments
  • Participants present an oral and written examination to prove the acquired knowledge at the closure of the training
  • Passing the exam qualifies the participant to be an accredited Psidium consultant
  • Only accredited Psidium consultants are entitled to give feedback based on tests provided by Psidium

The Structure of Psidium Train the Trainer Trainings

The program consists of modules. Each module discusses one product/topic. Their order can be freely changed after the completion of the 1st module.

The planned syllabus of the modules is the following:

1st Module: Basic System Knowledge - 0.5 day

Aim: to acquaint the participants with the terminology used in further modules, the advantages of online instruments from the aspect of measurability and objectivity, and it provides a short outline of Psidium product portfolio and their possible application.

The module also can be completed in written form.

2nd Module: DISC/BM system knowledge and preparations for the exam – 3 days

Aim: to introduce in detail the background of the Behaviour style (DISC) and the Value, attitude (BM) assessments, their possible applications (case studies) and the analysis technique of questionnaire reports.

3rd Module: Facet5 system knowledge and preparations for the EXAM – 2 days

Aim: The analysis of response reliability during the detailed introduction of the theoretical background and the practical application. Furthermore: scale-level analysis and a review of the classification to typical profile patterns („Families”).

4th Module: Facet5 applications - 1 day selection, 1 day team scape

Aim: the application of Facet5 results. Different report options are available for workforce selection and team scape. The review of these processes is discussed through real life problems.

6th Module: 360° assessment - 1 day

Aim: presentation of the theoretical background and application in practice of different 360° products. Discussion of differences and similarities. Factors influencing the efficiency of the 360° assessment are reviewed.

7th Module: ASSESS system knowledge and preparations for the exam – 3 days

Aim: to acquaint the participants with interpretation and application of the results of the Assess competency-based personality measuring test system, and the characteristics of the report versions and the related optional questionnaire modules.

8th Module: SalesMax and Select PRODUCT LINE – 0.5 day

Aim: The presentation of the theoretical background and possible applications for SalsesMax and the Select product line. Conditions for application of the „off the shelf” products. Presentation of entry-level selection and training process.
