Facet5 is a personality model which helps to understand the structure of personality, the behaviour, the motivation and the ambitions by measuring the basic dimensions of the personality. The test measures the 5 universal basic dimensions and 13 subfactors of the personality according to the Big5 concept. It gives an insight on how these structures have an effect on the work.
