The selection report describing the personality implications of the respondent’s results on the competencies.
Planning And Organising Effectively organising and planning work according to organisational needs by defining objectives and anticipating needs and priorities.
Respondent scores falling in the green range indicate areas of strength or “fit” with the competency. Scores falling in the red or yellow zones indicate areas of concern.
Selection Report
The Selection Report provides an in-depth evaluation of a candidate's assets and liabilities to determine job fit, performance potential and management needs Competency Based Selection Report*
The system evaluates the candidate's work related personality in relation to the Competency Model of the company. Screening Report
This report gives a quick overview of the candidate's strengths and weaknesses. The Screening Report is appropriate for use early in the selection process, to "narrow down" the candidate pool from multiple individuals to a few.
Developmental Report
The Development Report is written in a developmental tone so that the report can be given to the individual assessed and provides constructive, objective feedback of assessment results.
